Phone calls are arguably the most important tool that an agent has to collect debt from a debtor. In Swordfish, we have partnered with excellent service providers to bring phone integration into Swordfish. With our world class integration, calls can be made from within Swordfish to a debtor from the debtor account page. As a result of this, call recordings are securely stored and are accessible directly from the debtor account page. This becomes useful for instances where the debtor raises a dispute, a manager wants to engage in performance management with an agent or simply where a client requests call recordings as per their SLA with you.
